Photo Critiques

Photo 1:
This is a photo of a strained shark barely missing its surprisingly calm prey in what turns out to be a sweet looking action shot. This photo really captures the moment out in the ocean. I like how focused it is on the action, with the out of focus horizen giving it a certain depth to the piece. The sun also reflects off the sharks skin just right, adding the correct contrast to the piece.

This piece Creates a sense of danger and despiration, which is surely required with a shark out of the water.
This is a photo of either a angered or entertained walrus creating quite an impressive set of bubbles, set in whats most likely an exhibit in Seaworld. While its certainly lacking depth. Its contrast is actually leans quite heavily towards the darker side, the only highlights being the bubbles themselves. EIther way there is a certain playfulness to this scene that would be hard to capture again.
